Where we work
Eight places in Zuid-Kennemerland, spread over six municipalities. That is deliberately a small area: only then can a survey happen within a few working days and can somebody know which conservation policy applies to your address.

If your house sits just past these eight places, a phone call settles it fastest: a minute on the line and you know whether we come out. What will not happen is the list quietly growing, because an added town means a survey deadline we cannot meet there.

The local rules
Six municipalities, and which desk handles what
This is the question that most often delays a roofing project here. The municipal boundary cuts straight through a village in places, and an application at the wrong desk sits still for weeks without anybody calling you.

| Bloemendaal | Bloemendaal, Overveen and Aerdenhout | A shared assessment framework for the villa parks. With a thatched roof a fire safety assessment is added, and that differs per plot. |
| Velsen | Santpoort-Noord and Santpoort-Zuid | Everything for both Santpoort centres, even though Haarlem is closer. An application filed at Haarlem costs weeks here. |
| Haarlemmermeer | Spaarndam-Oost | The eastern half of Spaarndam. The boundary runs through the village, so which side of the lock you are on decides your desk. |
