Who processes your data

Dakrenovatie Haarlem, reachable on 06 40062896 and at info@dakrenovatie-haarlem.nl, is your point of contact for anything submitted through this site. Questions about this policy can go to that address.

Dakrenovatie Haarlem is a trading name of Jongma Development, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 91401216 and based in Hoofddorp. Jongma Development is the data controller for anything submitted through this site. For questions about your data, or to exercise any of your rights, write to info@jongma.dev or call +31 6 40062896.

What the request form records

Your name and phone number, and where you fill them in also your postcode, email address and description of the roof. Alongside that we record which page you submitted from, which timescale you indicated, and the referring page if your browser sends one.

That data is used to schedule the survey, prepare the quote and carry out the work. It is not sold, not rented out, and not used for advertising.

Photographs you send

A photograph of your roof sent by WhatsApp or email is kept with your request while it is running. If something unrelated to the roof ends up in the frame, such as a house number or a neighbour's garden, we delete it on request and you do not have to give a reason.

Photographs are never used on this site or in a portfolio. Every image on this site was made for the site and shows no customer's work.

The survey report

The survey report is yours, including when you do not go on with us. We keep a copy while the request is running and for twelve months after that, so we know what was measured if you come back later. If you would rather we deleted that copy sooner, we do so on request.

Calls and WhatsApp

If you tap the call button or the WhatsApp button, we count that it happened and from which page. No name and no phone number travel with that count, and the content of the call or message never appears in it. The figure only shows which pages prompt people to get in touch.

If you then send a message through WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that message as well.

How long data is kept

Requests that do not lead to work are deleted after twelve months. Data belonging to work carried out is kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires that for invoices and supporting documents. Guarantee records are kept for as long as the 10 year guarantee period runs.

Who your data is shared with

With the party that technically hosts the site and handles the requests, and with the trades carrying out the work. Where a permit is needed, only the details the municipality asks for in that application are shared, and only after you have instructed us to apply. Beyond that, with nobody, unless the law requires it.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no cookies of its own to track you. There is no advertising pixel and no profile is built about you. Where visit statistics are measured, that happens in aggregate and not in order to recognise you personally.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to its use. Such a request is handled within one month. If you disagree with how it is handled, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Which version applies

This is an English reading version. Dutch law applies to anything submitted through this site and the Dutch text is the binding one; it is linked in the footer of every page.
